My 1st time in Food Science

I am sitting next to a hottie. The day is going well, she is even hotter than the hottie I sat next to this morning ... It's going to be a GREAT week.

The session in all seriousness sounds very interesting from the organic/emotional attachment to the material via the process of our ability to "negotiate" our type of assessment.

Particularly our option to "marry" the assessment to a specific "tool" etc. that I wish to incorporate into my teaching style and/or content etc.
