Section 4.6.2 Generic Questionnaires
Section 4.6.2 Generic Questionnaires
A ‘generic questionnaire’ refers to a single, uniform survey that is administered to all students in all disciplines, with no variations in the questions asked. Such an approach has obvious advantages (in terms of ease of distribution, coding, and analysis) and disadvantages (in terms of lack of account for diversity), and has been explored by several researchers including Blackmore (2009) and (Hendry & Dean, 2001).
